Why?
Reformer Pilates can feel intimidating postnatally—so we've removed the guesswork. Our new Reformer Edition is designed to safely rebuild your core and posture while supporting pelvic health in a warm, welcoming environment.
Where?
Held at 'Pilates in the Haven' located in Woodvale, with bub-friendly options like pram or mat setups beside you. Please note: babies must not be mobile for safety.
What?
A postnatal rehabilitation course tailored to early motherhood. Expect purposeful deep core activation, support for birth injuries or prolapse, and expert-led guidance— all with plenty of smiles and modifications for when bub needs extra cuddles.
Purpose.
To empower mums in early postpartum with safe, effective movement that restores confidence, builds strength, and supports recovery—without pushing your body beyond where it's ready to go.

The program has been designed by me and approved by Women's Health Physios in Perth who I work closely with year-round to help educate and improve the general wellbeing of New mums and their recovery.

All Courses are designed in six week blocks as we transition you into a more regular workout routine

The first class of your block tends to go for the full 60 minutes whereas most weeks will be 45 minutes + connection time with other mums.
